This is a common issue for neatlynamed customers. You can be sent reminders when you have placed the same order twice but only paid for one, hence the reminder mail. You can check to see if this is the issue by cross checking the order number in the reminder email against the order number for the goods you have paid for.
We can cancel the outstanding order for you to prevent any future emails. Simply email us at email@example.com with the order number and a message that you’d like to cancel a double order. We will immediately process this for you.
