We can cancel your order if the payment has not yet been made.
If you have already made the payment our system would have pushed the order into production once the payment was received. This process cannot be stopped.
If you have not yet paid for your order, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com. Please state that you’d like your order cancelled, that it hasn’t been paid for and include the order number.
We will then cancel the order with the mentioned order number immediately.
