Order not received within 5 working days

We would first ask you to check the delivery address on your order confirmation email.
 
 If your address is not correct, send us an e-mail at info@neatlynamed.com with the order number and a message stating that it concerns a change of address. Please indicate in this e-mail that you have not received this order within 5 working days. We will immediately resend your order to the correct address. We know from experience that this can take up to 2 weeks.

If the address is correct, we would like to ask you to wait for another 3 days as it may still arrive.
